• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to travel up to 80–85% and obtain government site clearance/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure WSI systems on-site, including servers, applications, and recording infrastructure.
• Rack, cable, configure, and test hardware in data center and telecom environments.
• Configure Windows OS in desktop/server environments and test installations.
• Document installations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
