Job summary

WSI Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot WSI systems across customer sites. You’ll work independently in the field, solving technical issues and helping public safety, government, and enterprise customers keep critical systems running reliably.

The role requires travel up to 80–85%, a company vehicle, gas card, and stipend. Hourly rate ranges from $27–$30 USD per hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure WSI systems on-site, including servers, applications, and recording infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to customer support requests within SLA expectations.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Document installations and resolutions in the ticketing system.
