Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area to support and improve network performance across a broad service area. You will combine technical support, project coordination, and operational tasks while collaborating with teammates in a fast-moving Un-carrier environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, and 5G NR, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in field operations and wireless telecommunications preferred.
• Ability to cover market area with independence and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems and standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management
