Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technician to support network operations across sites in Northern Nevada from Reno to the Utah border.

The role requires knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, with relocation possible for the right candidate. Ideal candidates have a strong background in 5G NR, network troubleshooting, and project management, and can contribute to process improvements while ensuring reliable service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
