Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support network operations along Highway 50 from Folsom to Lake Tahoe. The role requires knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services.

You will apply technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance, manage smaller projects, produce documentation, and contribute to process improvements. Travel is required; 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 5G NR is required.
• Base Station knowledge is essential.
• Experience in Wireless telecommunications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
