Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support network operations along Highway 50 from Folsom to Lake Tahoe. You will apply technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability, contribute to outage resolution, and help manage smaller projects.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in field operations, and experience with 5G NR, RAN, and wireless backhaul.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
2-4 years in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred).
5G NR and Radio Access Networks knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
