Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support network operations along Highway 50 from Folsom to Lake Tahoe. The role emphasizes maintaining and improving network performance, reliability, and service quality while collaborating with senior staff on process improvements.

Responsibilities include technical support, small-project management, and developing procedures. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–4 years in wireless telecommunications or field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• 2-4 years in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred)
• Experience with 5G NR and Radio Access Networks (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
