Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Network Technician to support sites in Lafayette, Kokomo, Logansport and surrounding areas. You will apply technical knowledge to maintain network performance and reliability, resolve issues, and manage small projects.

The role requires expertise in radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services and location-based services, with a focus on improving processes and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
