Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Tech to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. With no prior experience required, the role includes paid training, a $2,500 hiring bonus, and opportunities for quarterly bonuses as you advance.

Ideal candidates live within 30 miles of Annandale, MN and can travel as needed. A company vehicle, clothing, and tools are provided to support field work across our fiber network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct technical assessments and manage service installations and disconnections.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure proper signal levels.
• Log information on work orders and mentor teammates as needed.
• Operate safely in field conditions and uphold Midco safety programs.
