Job summary

Midco is hiring a Field Technician in Minnesota (Crosby or Onamia) to install, maintain and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction while working with cutting-edge technology.

We offer paid training, a $22.00 starting hourly rate, and a $2,500 signing bonus, plus opportunities for quarterly bonuses, a company vehicle, and provided clothing and tools to support your field work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Completion of Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations, service changes and disconnects.
• Troubleshoot from tap to CPE, resolve signal issues and ensure good picture quality.
• Log all information on work orders and referrals; mentor teammates as needed.
• Promote Midco services and educate customers on usage and online help.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and comply with policies; travel as needed.
