Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure customers get the best value for their needs.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. We offer a $2,500 hiring bonus, competitive pay, and a company vehicle with tools and clothing supplied.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Complete FTR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess service feasibility for commercial properties with cost considerations.
• Install voice, video, and data services at homes or businesses.
• Troubleshoot from tap to CPE and fix signal and picture quality issues.
• Coordinate with Field Ops and Business Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on services, help them access online resources and manage lineups.
• Log work orders and referrals accurately; help/train team members as needed.
