Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers in the Annandale, MN area. You will be backed by paid training, a $2,500 hiring bonus, and a starting pay of $22 per hour.

A company vehicle, clothing and tools are provided to help you succeed. Ideal candidates reside within 30 miles of Annandale and are ready for flexible hours, travel as needed, and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire and consistently apply principles in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations, service changes, and disconnects.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure optimal signal levels and picture quality.
• Mentor and train other team members and cross-train on additional services.
• Log all work orders, surveys, and referrals and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and comply with Midco policies; wear safety gear as required.
