Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Midco First Time Right certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct service installations and changes, and troubleshoot issues from tap to CPE.
• Educate customers on services and assist with additional service requests.
• Log work orders and assist with training other team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operate company vehicle responsibly.
