Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks for voice, video, and data services at homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure signal quality.
• Educate customers on services and add-ons, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
