Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire and consistently apply principles in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations and service changes.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure optimal signal levels.
