Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to be the face of the company across the UK/Ireland region. The role requires traveling 80%+ and delivering on-site installation, training, and maintenance of 3D printing systems.

You will train customers, perform diagnostics, and support mission-critical projects across multiple industries, including startups and established leaders alike.

Responsibilities

• Equipment installation, travel to customer sites to install, commission and calibrate 3D printing systems.
• Conduct on-site user training for new and existing customers on machinery, software and maintenance.
• Perform live product demonstrations to ensure customer teams are up to speed.
• Act as a deployable resource for on-site break-fix and maintenance with rapid response.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and service warrantied customers within target timelines.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical issues to achieve single-visit resolutions and minimize downtime.
• Manage travel logistics and document installations, trainings and repairs in Salesforce.
