Job summary

Formlabs is a leader in 3D printing, enabling rapid fabrication from idea to prototype to production. As the Field Service Technician for the UK & Ireland region, you will install and commission systems, train customers, and perform on-site repairs across a broad territory.

You will travel 80% of the time, arrange complex travel itineraries, and document installations and service records in Salesforce. A strong electromechanical background and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical/hardware background.
• Willing to travel 80%+ across UK & Ireland.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2).
• Valid driver’s license (B) required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems at customer sites (On-Site).
• Provide structured on-site user training and demonstrations.
• Perform rapid repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime (On-Site).
• Manage travel logistics, visit volume, and document activities in Salesforce.
