Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the primary technical contact and face of the company across North America, traveling 80% or more. You will manage full on-site lifecycle from installation to training and repairs, empowering customers to use Formlabs systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• Hands-on repair experience.
• Ability to travel 80%+ of the time.
• Valid passport.
• Located near Newark Airport.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission new 3D printing systems on-site.
• Conduct on-site user training for customers.
• Perform rapid break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Manage travel logistics and document activities in Salesforce.
