Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. in Greenville, SC is hiring a Technical Sales Representative (Route Sales). You will own a territory, work with customers to deliver solutions, and gain hands-on training with a strong base pay plus commission potential.

The role combines sales, service and delivery; you’ll drive a company truck, support equipment, and collaborate with a small branch team. Monday–Friday, 10+ hour days, nights at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement (must be 21+).
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and new customers to grow business and provide technical support.
• Develop productive relationships with customers.
• Deliver chemical and other products safely using the company truck.
• Provide hands-on service of equipment and assist branch operations.
