Job summary

Hawkins Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Route Sales) to own a territory, manage a schedule, and work directly with customers to deliver solutions. The role includes paid training, field days, and occasional overnight routes.

You will build long-term relationships, drive sales growth, and support branch operations. The position requires a high school diploma, ability to obtain a Class B CDL with Hazmat, and DOT/pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement; driving record must meet company requirements.
• DOT physical and drug screening required.
• Strong communication skills and follow-through.
• Prior sales experience or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and new customers to grow business through sales and technical support of chemicals and equipment.
• Develop productive relationships with customers and provide service.
• Safely deliver chemicals and products in company trucks and manage routes.
• Provide hands-on service of equipment and inspect/adjust chemical feed equipment.
• Support branch operations including warehouse functions.
