Job summary

Hawkins Inc is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Kentucky region. The role combines sales, service, and hands-on work, with paid training and a strong base pay plus commission opportunities.

You will manage a territory, visit customers, and deliver solutions as part of a flexible branch team. The position requires a high school diploma and ability to obtain a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, with overnight routes possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Prior sales experience or the ability to learn.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and new customers to grow sales and provide technical support for products and equipment.
• Develop productive relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Safely deliver chemical products using a company vehicle and perform hands-on service of equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust chemical feed equipment as needed.
• Support branch operations including warehouse tasks like shipping and receiving.
