Job summary

Hawkins Inc seeks a Technical Sales Representative to own a Nebraska territory, combining sales, service and hands-on product support. You’ll travel to customer sites, deliver solutions, and participate in paid training, with a base pay and commission potential.

The role requires a high school diploma, CDL-B with Hazmat, ability to pass DOT and drug screens, and strong communication. You’ll work with a small branch team with long days balanced by field flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and follow-through.
• Prior sales experience or the ability to learn.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally; work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and new customers to grow business through sales and technical support.
• Develop productive relationships with customers.
• Deliver chemical and other products to customers in a company truck.
• Provide hands-on service of equipment and inspect/adjust as needed.
• Contribute to branch operations including warehouse functions.
