Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Nashville. You will secure and grow key architect/designer/general contractor accounts, manage performance metrics, and own a broad product portfolio including ACM panels and related systems.

This role requires travel and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, delivering technical collateral, and achieving sales targets across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with construction/industry experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years (or 5+ years with diploma) in construction or related field.
• Experience in ACM metal panels or building envelope products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and territory objectives.
• Develop and manage architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, and end-user accounts.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities within the territory.
• Prepare and update strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral, presentations, and product knowledge training.
