Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the Nashville, TN region. You will secure and grow key accounts, manage performance metrics, and coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors and distributors to meet revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities include developing new opportunities, delivering technical collateral, and driving product specifications while maintaining strong relationships with customers across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training in construction or industry.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities to increase Tremco CPG product use in the territory.
• Manages accounts to create business development opportunities and partnerships with decision makers.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout the territory.
• Builds trusted partnerships through industry knowledge and relationships.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Follows the standard sales process to identify prospects, gain commitment and close deals.
• Maintains professional image and ethical communication in all interactions.
• Develops technical collateral, prospectus and presentations to support sales.
• Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge trainings.
