Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Rep to manage Nashville accounts and meet revenue, margin and product mix objectives by securing architects, designers, general contractors, distributors and end-user accounts.

The role owns strategic performance metrics for assigned accounts in the Nashville, TN region, requiring strong communication, collaboration and field sales execution. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience in construction or industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and expand existing accounts.
• Develop new account opportunities and drive product specifications.
• Prepare strategic territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral and train customers on Tremco products.
