Job summary

Tremco Nashville is seeking a Technical Sales Rep to secure and grow key architect, contractor, and distributor accounts in the Nashville, TN region. The role focuses on revenue, margin, and product mix, using strategic plans and trusted advisor relationships to win project opportunities.

Qualification includes a business or related degree and 2–4 years in construction or a related field; strong MS Office and CRM skills are expected. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training as described in the ad.
• Construction knowledge including waterproofing/air barriers is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools; strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and expands use of Tremco CPG products in territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities in the region.
• Maintains product knowledge and delivers technical collateral to customers.
• Manages customer relationships and forecasts effectively.
