Job summary

ABB is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead field-based execution of Electrification Solutions projects in the United States. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while meeting schedule and budget commitments.

The role requires travel to sites and client locations, with a hybrid work model in select cities. Responsibilities include leading project teams, monitoring progress and finances, managing risks, and driving contract close-out with customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction/field experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, submittals, specifications and one-line diagrams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, establish execution approach and oversight of planning, monitoring and control.
• Monitor project progress, resource use and project financials.
• Identify, quantify and manage project risk and pursue opportunities.
• Drive contract close-out and formal acceptance with customers.
• Travel to customer sites and ABB facilities as needed.
