Astound is seeking a motivated individual to support monitoring and coordination of customer technician routes. You will maintain communication with technicians, perform pre-call outreach to customers, and conduct post-installation surveys.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with on-site duties and a comprehensive benefits package. Base pay is hourly, with potential bonuses and benefits depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Customer service orientation and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
