Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Field Technician to join our team in Forsyth, GA, on client-site duties. You will perform Windows troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and Smarthand support, ensuring timely delivery per managed client procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in End user support-Desktop support-ITSM.
• 1+ years’ experience in Desktop support with standard apps and custom apps.
• 1+ years’ experience in Hardware including printers, video conf and devices.
• 1+ years’ experience in on-site Field Services in an SLA environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, refresh hardware and software.
• Provide Smarthand and basic security/VDI support per process.
• Coordinate with client end users on availability and procedures.
• Meet SLAs and update incidents/requests in the system of record.
• Escalate issues to Field Services Supervisor as needed.
• Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge.

Field Tech Associate

Location : Client site. Forsyth, Gerogia.

Day to Day job Duties:

• Applicants must have active driver’s license and vehicle
• Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
• Execute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed Client Process and Procedure Guide.
• Coordinate with client end users on expectations, schedule of availability, process and procedures
• Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
• Update system of record for delivery Incidents and Requests
• Update asset management information for assets receiving services
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
• Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge toremediate incidents and conduct installs
• Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globallyimpact the end user environment
• Continuosuly improve both individual and team technicalskills and through knowledge share

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 + years’ experience in End user support-Desktop support-ITSM - Incident, Request and IMAC
• 1 + years’ experience in Desktop support-standard applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat,Flash player etc. and customized customer applications
• 1 + years’ experience in Hardware that included Video conference, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support,IMAC-D
• 1 + years’ experience in End user support Desktop support-Citrix, VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client -WiseClient, SonicWall, Cisco, F5 VPN, etc.
• 1 + years experience in on-site hands-on Field Services inan SLA environment.
• Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound checkback to age 18 and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 daysof hire date.

• 3 years experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $40,120 - $54,280. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
