You will oversee the employment lifecycle, develop talent, coach direct reports, and ensure compliance with co-employment guidelines while traveling to meet clients and field teams. A strong track record in talent selection and leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
• 5-7+ years’ pharmaceutical sales management experience OR 4+ years’ human resources management experience with a strong focus in employee relations, coaching, and recruiting.
• Experience in coaching for performance improvement including progressive discipline related to sales or other performance objectives.
• Ability to work out of a home office and travel as required including field rides, trainings and national meetings.

• Play a significant role in monitoring the interview and hiring process to ensure alignment with hiring parameters and timelines.
• Manage the employment process from offer through start with candidate, customer, and Syneos Health personnel.
• Identify training needs and support development and coaching of all direct reports.
• Maintain communication with field sales team and appropriate personnel as needed.
• Drive connectivity with field personnel and communicate business updates.
• Assist in understanding and compliance of co-employment guidelines, roles and responsibilities.
• Highlight objectives and opportunities within IC plans to optimize expectations.
• Oversee data and metrics for assigned areas and provide insights for proactive solutions.
