Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR/HC leader to support co-employment initiatives and drive talent management across field operations.

You will oversee interview processes, employment steps, and coaching programs while ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. The role emphasizes recruiting excellence, employee relations, performance coaching, and travel to client sites and national meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management.
• 5–7+ years’ pharmaceutical sales management experience OR 4+ years’ human resources management experience with a focus on employee relations, coaching, and recruiting.
• Ability to work from a home office and travel as required including field rides, trainings and national meetings.

Responsibilities

• Play a significant role in monitoring the interview and hiring process to ensure alignment with hiring parameters and project objectives.
• Manage the employment process from offer through start with candidate, customer and Syneos Health personnel under the project director.
• Identify training needs and support coaching and development of direct reports.
• Maintain open communication with field sales team and appropriate personnel as needed.
• Drive connectivity with field personnel and communicate business updates in alignment with Syneos Health culture.
• Assist with understanding and compliance of co-employment guidelines, roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee data and metrics for assigned areas and provide insights for proactive solutions.
