Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR/Recruiting leader aligned to the project director to drive hiring, training, and coaching across a national territory.

You will oversee employment processes, partner with field sales teams, and ensure compliance with co-employment guidelines while delivering data-driven insights. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and the ability to travel for trainings and national meetings.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in pharma sales management or 4+ years HR management focusing on employee relations.
• Experience coaching for performance improvement and progressive discipline.
• Ability to work from home and travel for field visits and meetings.
• Strong interviewing and talent selection track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interview and hiring processes to align with parameters.
• Manage employment process from offer to start with stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and coach direct reports.
• Maintain open communication with field sales teams.
• Provide data analysis and insights to identify solutions.
