Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to support co-employment initiatives and drive field performance from a home office with travel to national meetings. You will align with the project director to meet hiring, coaching and training objectives across the program.

The role requires 5–7+ years in pharma sales management or 4+ years in HR management, strong coaching skills, and excellent communication. Travel to field events and trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ pharmaceutical sales management experience or 4+ years’ HR management with coaching/recruiting.
• Experience coaching for performance improvement including progressive discipline.
• Ability to work from home and travel to field rides and national meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Play a significant role in monitoring the interview and hiring process to ensure alignment with hiring parameters and project timelines.
• Manage the employment process from offer through start with candidate, customer, and Syneos Health personnel.
• Identify training needs and coach direct reports in development and coaching.
• Maintain communication with field sales team and relevant personnel.
• Drive connectivity with field personnel and communicate business updates.
