Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma in a BD, commercial, or strategic sales role.
• Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

• Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy for defined geography and book of business.
• Manages territory prioritization based on data-driven insights and market potential.
• Identifies and nurtures client relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
