Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support field recruitment for multiple clubs and markets. The role focuses on coordinating core recruiting activities, maintaining requisitions in the ATS, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will partner with club leaders to meet staffing needs and drive efficient hiring processes. This position offers up to 25 hours per week and may involve travel to supporting field recruiting efforts and events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, fitness, customer service, or related environment.
• Experience supporting managers and teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field recruitment support resource for assigned clubs and leaders.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and support screening and prescreening activities.
• Create and maintain job requisitions in the ATS and ensure postings are current.
