Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support field recruitment for our clubs. You will open requisitions, coordinate hiring steps, and assist managers with staffing needs while maintaining great candidate experiences.

You’ll partner with leaders, handle scheduling, and participate in recruiting events and outreach to fill roles across our Colorado locations. This role involves light travel and a flexible, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, customer service, operations support, administrative support, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting managers, teams, customers, members, guests, or employees in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field recruitment support resource for assigned clubs and operational leaders.
• Support club hiring needs by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and assist in facilitating recruitment activities.
• Respond to field recruiting inquiries and provide guidance on recruiting processes, procedures, and hiring workflows.
• Create, open, and maintain job requisitions in the ATS.
• Complete and process job code request forms, job code updates, position changes, and related position maintenance documentation.
• Ensure job postings are accurate, current, and aligned with approved hiring needs.
• Monitor requisition activity and address aging openings and recruitment needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support candidate screening and prescreening activities as assigned.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and support recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
