Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support clubs and markets with core recruiting activities. You will open requisitions, track hires, and assist leadership with staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role involves coordinating interviews, candidate movement, and recruiting events, with up to 25 hours per week and up to 10% travel to support field activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, customer service, operations support, administrative support, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive working relationships.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing recruiting, HR, scheduling, and business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field recruitment support resource for assigned clubs and operational leaders.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and assist recruitment activities.
• Respond to field recruiting inquiries and provide guidance on processes and workflows.
• Create, open, and maintain job requisitions in the ATS.
• Process job code requests, updates, and related maintenance documentation.
• Ensure job postings are accurate and aligned with approved needs.
• Monitor requisition activity and address aging openings and needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support screening and prescreening activities as assigned.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach.
