Job summary

TRUNO Field Installation Technician role supports building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our expanding infrastructure across multiple sites. You will install, configure, test, and support hardware and software, travel weekly to customer locations, and work with on-site users to determine system requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in general retail, grocery, and/or foodservice industries preferred.
• POS and networking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform staging activities, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting with customers and developers.
• Analyze site conditions and system requirements to develop installation plans.
• Test and validate equipment connections for proper installation.
• Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Document service and installation actions and expenses.
• Travel weekly to customer sites for installations and training.
• Maintain security, backups, and redundancy strategies.
