Job summary

Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure instruments meet specifications, while building trust with customers and promoting service agreements. Travel-heavy, with on-call and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical or related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience troubleshooting and/or repairing electro‑mechanical, electronic, computer, electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or military settings.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs using electronic and computer skills.
• Build trust with customers, promote service agreements, and identify sales opportunities for cross‑functional teams.
• Foster teamwork across service and support teams while driving field service revenue through billable offerings.
