Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on support for central station systems in hospital environments. You will lead site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and after-hours support to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, Windows/IT networking knowledge, and strong communication. This is a home-based field role with about 70% travel, backed by a collaborative team and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys.
• Verify performance and quality of all systems through testing.
• Provide on-site support for complex or escalated issues.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain documentation per Mindray's Quality System.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education to meet milestones.
