Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on support for central station systems in hospital environments. You will lead installations, perform site surveys, and troubleshoot issues while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle.

The role involves 70% travel to hospital sites, a home-based field setting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys.
• Verify that all systems meet Mindray’s performance and quality standards through testing.
• Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all service and installation activities per Quality System policies.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education to meet milestones.
