Job summary

Mindray North America seeks a System Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on support for central station systems in hospital environments. The role covers site surveys, installations, add-ons, troubleshooting, and after‑hours support as part of a national on-call rotation.

The position requires an associate degree in electronics or related field (Bachelor’s preferred), with experience in telemetry/RF systems and knowledge of Windows OS and IT networking.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
• Strong technical skills in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.
• Customer‑focused, independent, and solutions‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys per customer requirements and specifications.
• Verify systems meet Mindray performance and quality standards through testing.
• Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers and staff, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain documentation for service and installation activities per Mindray policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and customer needs.
