Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on support for central station systems in hospital environments. The role includes site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and after-hours support to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality service across Mindray’s product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• This role requires an associate degree or higher in electronics or related field and telemetry/RF experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and basic IT networking is expected.
• Strong installation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys per customer specs.
• Verify performance and quality standards through comprehensive testing.
• Provide advanced on-site support for complex issues beyond local staff.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation per Mindray policies.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education.
