Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to support central station systems in hospital environments. You will lead system installations, site surveys, and on-site testing, ensuring performance, quality, and uptime across the product lifecycle.

This home-based field role requires about 70% travel to hospital sites, occasional overnights, and after-hours support. A minimum associate degree in electronics or related field is expected, with strong IT and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology (minimum) or equivalent.
• Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys per customer requirements.
• Verify that systems meet performance and quality standards through testing.
• Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated issues.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers and staff and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service and installation activities per policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and customer needs.
