Mindray North America seeks an Associate System Implementation Specialist to support hospital deployments of patient monitoring systems. You’ll help install, go-live, and troubleshoot on-site, growing into a SIS role through hands-on training and mentorship.

The role emphasizes technical learning, travel, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet Mindray performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training via school, military, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi and IT networking systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical repair abilities for monitoring systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and teamwork orientation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support go-live activities for hospital monitoring systems with a SIS.
• Perform system installations, add-ons, and updates per project plans.
• Verify systems meet performance specs through post-install tests.
• Respond on-site to complex issues beyond local service reps.
• Document service and installation activities per MDR and quality policies.
• Coordinate and execute system updates and configuration changes.
• Participate in continuous training to advance to SIS.
