Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on support for central station systems in hospital environments, including installation, site surveys, and performance testing.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, after-hours support, and coordinating updates, with roughly 70% travel to facilities. This home-based field role emphasizes delivering reliable uptime and strong customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology.
• Experience with telemetry or RF systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
• Strong technical skills in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.
• Customer-focused, independent, and solutions-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Verify systems meet performance and quality standards through testing.
• Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues.
• Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers and staff and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation for service and installation activities per policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
