Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks an Endoscopy Account Manager to drive sales across GI care call points within the designated territory. You will develop local business plans aligned with Medical Business goals and coordinate with field support and sales peers to maximize product sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience in healthcare gastroenterology or endoscopy.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Proficient in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives within a designated territory.
• Identify and pursue capital, disposable, and repair service business with existing and new customers.
• Implement sales strategy for all product groups within Endoscopy by targeting key decision-makers.
• Establish and maintain field contact with key customers and clinicians; travel as needed.
• Provide input to Service and Marketing on forecasts, activity, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer data records in the CRM system.
• Manage Olympus assets and ensure proper care of demo equipment.
