Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Field Support Technician to support construction management and corporate sites across the DFW area. This onsite role requires independent scheduling and travel between job sites to troubleshoot Windows environments and user issues.

You will document work in ticketing systems, support mobile devices and networking, and collaborate with site personnel. A valid willingness to drive between multiple sites and communicate effectively is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Field Support, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Technician role.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.
• Experience working through support tickets.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable driving to multiple sites throughout the week.
• Networking troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting switches, firewalls, or network infrastructure.
• Palo Alto experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites throughout the DFW area.
• Provide onsite Windows and desktop support.
• Support mobile devices and application troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues.
• Document all work performed through ticketing systems.
• Upload notes, updates, and pictures from job sites.
• Communicate with internal teams and site personnel.
• Manage personal schedule and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain expense reports and mileage tracking.
