Job summary

Integra seeks a Field Technology Specialist to coordinate mobilization, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT at construction sites, traveling 70% to active and new project locations from the DFW office. You will liaise with Help Desk, vendors, and contractors while ensuring secure, configured technology for field teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support or field services, strong Microsoft 365/Windows knowledge, and ability to work from the DFW office with extensive travel.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
Experience deploying or supporting IT at multiple locations.
Experience with vendors/contract management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

Lead mobilization/demobilization of IT gear for sites and ensure readiness.
Provide field tech support, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, remote or on-site.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors, manage asset inventory and service contracts.
Improve field technology processes and scale field services as needed.
