Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Associate Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office. The role is fully onsite with a daytime shift, focusing on installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies to minimize client downtime.

You will diagnose hardware issues, document technical steps, and support depot programs like Hot Swap and Repair. A certificate or diploma in IT and 2–5 years of IT support experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, test, and service hardware and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair issues to minimize client downtime.
• Install hardware and test functionality per instructions.
• Complete technical documentation for billing, returns, and compliance.
• Support depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
